Painting

Metal surfaces are machine sanded and treated to ensure proper paint adhesion and consistent quality surfaces.  A highly durable and environmentally safe polyurethane, water-based paint is applied using the latest spray technology.  After the paint is applied, components are moved to our baking room where they are heat cured.  The result is a hard, durable, force-dried urethane finish that won’t scratch, chip or fade over time.

New Fabric

After removing the existing fabric from our panels, quality Class-A fire-rated fabrics are carefully applied and finished by hand.  The fabric is cut using a hot knife to seal the edges to ensure the fabrics won’t fray over time.  This process gives outdated panels a beautiful, modern, professional appearance.

Worksurfaces

OFS’s laminated products are manufactured on-site.  Whether you’re looking for worksurfaces for your cubicle, a conference table, training tables or lunch room tables, we’ll make it here.  We use quality laminates such as Formica, WilsonArt, Nevamar and Pionite.  Also, we offer numerous edge details for protection and a professional look.
